kwernerdesign cards on Etsy!

012209-3x3cards.jpg

Have ya'll been introduced to Etsy? It's a store to sell handmade and handcrafted items. After working some kinks out, I'm going to start selling my cards on Etsy! :)

For now, it's a small and meager beginning with just some 3x3 Valentine's Day cards (sold in sets of 5--I have 10 sets for sale now), but the plan is to eventually sell the cards I make each week for my videos. So watch for that coming up soon. :)

So, hop on over to Etsy and check out my shop! (EDIT: Whoa! All 10 sets just sold. So, no for sale items on my shop page. But you can see the sold items here).

BTW, leave me a comment with your favorite Etsy shops. I want to check out what you guys are loving, too!

Good luck on Etsy. One shop I love, love, love is CrazyKBathandBody. She has fab soap, bath bombs (fizzies), lotions in every imaginable scent!

Everyone I've encountered has been super nice. One great resource is TimothyAdamDesigns. He has a blog with tons of information on how to make the most of your shop.

That's awesome, Kristina! My daughter brought Etsy to my attention and was encouraging me to sell some of my cards. Don't know if I am quite ready to take that step. Your little 3 x 3's are so cute! Good luck with it!

Congrats! I LOVE LOVE LOVE your cards and look forward to your videos!!

Just curious, why don't you sell your cards directly from this site too so people who come to your site can buy directly from you? That way you can save some on Etsy charges.. Especially since you'll be selling the cards you make in your videos.. perhaps a button from Paypal that you can place with your post or something so viewers can just click to buy your card right away =) either way, I'm sure plenty of people will be buying your cards!

congratulations. that's really exciting. i've had an etsy shop for some time now, but have never sold anything with stampin up images (as they express it is prohibited) i am just curious are you are able to get around that as a SU designer? i'd love to use more su things, but i don't like to buy what i can't use. i was just curious! let me know if you get a chance. thanks and welcome to etsy!

Kristina says: You can sell any items stamped with Stampin' Up! images as long as you comply with their Angel Policy. Because I am a regular consumer and not a demonstrator (and don't have additional requirements set upon me because of contracts demonstrators sign), I just have to make sure I work within the Angel Policy. :)

Congratulations on your Etsy shop. Your cards are so beautiful, they are sure to sell quickly. I have an Etsy shop too and will definitely put yours in my favorites.

I have lots of favorite shops but my absolutely love my very first find. It is the Bangerang Bake Shop aka Fat Daddy's Bakeshop.

http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=5235881

They have the most creative way to package their cupcakes and if that isn't enough their cupcakes are so delicious.

You will do great on Etsy. I love shopping that site. I have about 20 pages of favorite shops in my profile but here are a few: mycutestamps; yoyocottage; WhiskerGraphics; elles; phillips67; and evalicious. My advice would be to keep the shipping costs low. I know that that sometimes influences whether or not I will make a purchase, especially on paper products. Good Luck!
