Color Inspiration #38
Hi all!
This week's Color Inspiration Challenge comes from Nicole's desk at work. This is her Thomas Paul mousepad notepad (see it
over here at seejanework.com). Isn't it cool? She had a ton of notes taken on the notepad, so she kindly ripped off the top sheet for me to take a photo. And believe me, the colors are way off in the photo. The red color actually is a Ruby Red-like color. My little iPhone doesn't take very good photos in low light, the poor thing. :(
Anyhow, join in and create something! Just follow the directions below. :)

Thank you for another fun challenge. I very rarely use Pretty in Pink, so it was great to challenge myself with that color...and it was actually fun to use it!

I just love that notepad! I hope it was okay to throw in a bit of chocolate chip. I just loved the dark outline around a few of the flowers.

Loved this colour inspiration challenge - they were definitely colours I dont usually combine but I love all the takes on the challenge!

I've been using Ruby Red a lot recently for my valentine cards. This gave me a great excuse to go back to it again but at least I swapped to a birthday design this time.

I like the warmth of these colors and how they are perfect for Valentine's Day. ...Although you don't usually associate orange as a color for February 14th, coupled up with red and pink, it stretches us out of our comfort zone and it actually works.

Idiot Alert! I seem to have linked up the wrong post... I went in to edit it and have obviously done something completely wrong. I would delete myself out of Mr Linky - but I dont know how to do that. :-( Probably not possible once it's closed? So sorry for the confusion. I'll try to be more careful next time. What an idiot!
