MACM - Christmas Gift Tags

121508-macm.jpg Good morning, all! Was your weekend good? Did you get some holiday shopping done? :)

I broke out the clear tags I've used a few times recently in order to finish out the pack (they come in packs of 5). I decided to create some gift tags for all the Christmas gifts I've been buying and wrapping up with the last three tags in the pack. I also thought I'd film it for this week's Make a Card Monday. They're not really cards, but I suppose they're close enough, right? :)

Anyway, I used a boat load of Papertrey Ink stuff on these tags. So cute! I really do love their stuff. And you know me--even though I work for Stampin' Up, I am an equal opportunity crafter! If it's cute, I'll use it! Who's with me?! :)

Be sure to check out the HD version over at YouTube. It really does make a HUGE difference in the quality of the video.

Supplies - Clear tags (Pageframe Designs); 2008 Holiday Tag Collection stamp set, Holiday Vintage Prints paper, Pure Poppy, Cream, and Ripe Avocado card stock, Ripe Avocado ribbons, Vintage Cream ink (Papertrey Ink); 1-3/4" circle and scallop edge punches (Stampin' Up!); Chesnut chalk ink (Colorbox).

Hi, love your blog! Just have a question. When I want to open the Christmas Tage movie, it cannot be opened (and it's not on youtube yet), is that right?
Kind regards,
Anne-Marie

Does your mono adhesive ever "soak through" your ribbon, (thus spoiling the whole thing! Grrr!)? Thanks, great ideas!

Thank you for another inspirational post :) Just wondering - in one of your past videos I think I've seen you use a Stazon Opaque Cotton White inkpad before (I think for one of your acrylic cards). Does that ink show up opaque white on cardstock/paper?

Love the tags!! Do you generally sketch out your ideas before creating them or do you just create as you go?? It felt like you had really thought these out before pulling them together.

Nice to see you using more and more Papertrey Ink!! They are one of my favorite companies!!
