Leftovers 3

So, here we are with another Leftovers Challenge! This time Jen's mom joined us. :)
Here how we did it this time. I threw out some scraps and leftover items out onto the table. Then, we took turns picking out items until we each had three things to work with. Still a challenge but not as dangerous as the way Jen and I did it previously... You remember right? Awful color combinations and really just trying to make it as hard as possible for the other person... Mwa ha ha! ;)
So, here is a photo of our supply pile before we started choosing...

And our choices...

And our results...

So fun!

What. Am I confused. Isn't it Saturday? What happened to Sunday Leftovers. Is it now called Scraptastic Saturday?
Anyway, I love all the cards. Good job girls.
Patti, we're slackers. I've decided to take off the "Sunday" part of Sunday Leftovers. Now, we'll just do it whenever we please. :)
Bev, the paper is from Doodlebug Designs. :)
What fun!! A few bloggers and I got together and did the same thing (I don't have a crafty roommate!!) We mailed each other our scraps, made, and posted our cards. It was a lot of fun!! Thanks for the inspiration!

What fun! And what cute cards! I love that apple paper- do you know who it's by? TFS!
Kristina...love the teacher card. Can you share the supplies - especially the sentiment and the patterned paper? Thanks so much for sharing your inspiration!
This looks like so much fun! Love the results, too!
Great work! Love the idea of leftovers!
gee those flowers are getting some use aren't they? Love them all but I think my favourite one is Jens ;) I particularly like the sketched flower on the top of the card for some reason. Simplistic but very grown up ;)
Love the leftovers! I think it's a great idea to take the Sunday off and do it when you get a chance. There's a lot less pressure that way too.
What a GREAT idea! Such a cool way to use leftovers and scraps.
I've been working on using my old paper scraps lately, but I hadn't thought to do it that way. Definitely an idea to remember for next time Brandi comes over to stamp!
Laura and I did a "ugly paper" challenge this weekend. You can check out the result here:
