Color Inspiration #28

This is a really different color challenge, eh? Sort of odd colors, but I really like them actually. :) This coin purse is from Anthropologie--a store that I love, if only for it's awesome patterns everywhere!

Anyhow, let's jump into the technical details here...

I've added Mister Linky to my site specifically for these color challenges. Mister Linky is software specifically designed for sharing links. See an example of it in use here. Hopefully, this will make it easier to share links to our creations. :)

I'm re-instituting the round-up (it had a very short and minute death... it's since been revived). Only challenge submissions provided through Mister Linky will be eligible for the Round-Up, so be sure to try it out. :)

More details are below as usual, with the Mister Linky stuff added in. So let's try this out! I'll close the link list on Thursday, October 30 at 7 pm MT.

SO YOU WANT TO PARTICIPATE?

Make a creation (card, scrapbook page, etc.) of your own using the above colors. Then take a picture or scan your creation. Upload your digital image to your blog or in an online gallery, and then come back to kwernerdesign blog to share! Leave a link to your creation on this entry using Mister Linky below. Link ONLY to webpages, not directly to image files. Also, if it's in a blog entry, link ONLY to that specific entry--NOT to your main weblog page. This makes it easier for future readers to find your creation.

Who's in the Round-up?
After the deadline, I'll share my creation with you as well as some submitted creations, consisting of up to fifteen of my favorites. Pictures emailed to me will not be considered for the Round-up.

When does your creation have to be submitted?
Thursday, October 30 at 7:00 pm MT. You will know when the deadline has past because you will not able to submit a new link through the Mister Linky box.

Can I use non-Stampin' Up! colors?
Absolutely! Just choose colors that are similar.

NOTE: Those who have websites and blogs, you are welcome to use the above graphic on your blog. Save the file to your computer. Then upload the image to your blog.

Thanks for another great colour inspiration. I too love using Pumpkin Pie and fell in love with it when I made a card using the Stampin' Colour Wheel combination and the Wild About You stamp set (you can find this on my blog if you are interested).

Great colors! It took me awhile to figure this one out and I *think* I cheated a bit by using Chocolate Chip but the colors really spoke autumn to me - and what better color for fall than chocolate chip???
