Floral Thanks

Hi all! I hope you're planning a great weekend because I am! It's a four-day weekend for me so I'm going to catch up on a lot of things that got pushed to the side when I was laid up with my back issues. And I'm looking forward to getting things all organized again. :)

Anyway, just a quick little card tonight. This one uses that Boughs stamp set from Schlosser Designs that I used a few weeks ago. I'm finding more and more uses for all the little itty bitty flower pieces in the set. :)

I also love the little piece of scalloped chipboard peeking out at the bottom. It's from Technique Tuesday and I think they call them Technique Tiles. They're awesome! You might remember that I used some star and circle ones of my star book a while back. Love their white chipboard!

Anyhow, enjoy the rest of your Thursday night and I'll be back tomorrow with the Color Inspiration Challenge Round-Up and selections. :)

Floral Thanks - Schlosser Design Boughs stamp set; Technique Tuesday chipboard; Stampin' Up! Small Sayings stamp set, Bravo Burgundy, Groovy Guava, and Whisper White card stock, Whisper White taffeta ribbon, Pretty Kit (flower), Winter White detail embossing powder, Groovy Guava ink; craft supply button.

You are AMAZING!

That is SO PRETTY! I ordered a Pretties Kit, but for some reason, I have never used it. (Silly me.... maybe I can use it for the next Color Challenge?)

Have a GREAT long weekend! (I'm excited... my parents are coming to check out my new pad now that I moved 7 hours away from home... I see HUGS in my future!!!)

Cute! I always stuggle what to do with that big 'ole honkin' flower. :) Button! I'm going to have to stash that idea away for a rainy day.

This is so cute! I have so many sets with little flowers that are often forgotten so I'll have to take another look at them! Thanks for the great tip and have a great weekend!

Such a cute card! And it's funny you mentioned your star book today...I just used your beautiful star book as inspiration to make my own over the past few days. I'm not done yet, but I did make a reference to your book on my blog yesterday...

Thank you for being so creative and having an awesome blog! I love looking at your amazing work! :)

Lindsay Marquiss:

This is a beautiful card, Kristina! I love the little five point flowers and the tri dots. But, my favorite part of the card is the "thanks" sentiment from the Small Sayings set. Still one of my favorite stamps to this day! :]
