Hi all! So many great entries to the Color Challenge this week. You guys did so well! :)
As for my entry, I've been feeling the need to add some more pages to my 8x8 journal scrapbook. I haven't made a page in a long LONG time so I thought this would be the perfect opportunity. Anyway, enjoy and here are the selections this week:

Kristina, I am in love with this scrapbook page! Its so cute :) I have REALLY wanted to do your last two color challenges but I have been visiting with my family out of town and busy busy busy playing around with them :) I hope I can play in the next challenge! You may have been asked this before, but I will take my chances. We all love your work and value your educated opinion. Wondering if you might share with us the criterium by which you choose your top ten...if any. Or, do you just go with your gut? Do you mind sharing?

I just draw the lines in very lightly with a pencil. :)

I don't really have a criteria. Like you mention, it's more of just going with my gut. :)

people love to do your challenges...but if you don't mind sharing how you pick your top ten and the standards that you go by...do you actually look at "all" the entries or do you just randomly look at cards and pick the first ten you like? does elegance and detail matter or do you rather have simple and plain?

Yes, I do look at every single entry. And there's no criteria if I'm going to like it or not. I just pick what I think are the top ten cards that I like. I'm sure there would be different selections if someone different were picking them. Like I mentioned above, I just go with my gut. :)
LUV that page...your 8x8 journal pages are some of my favorites! I even went out and bought an 8x8 album several months ago so that I could make one for myself...but I haven't put anything in it yet :-(

I agree with Mary - it has been so much fun to do these challenges every week - i look forward to the CI every week and to making a card - but also to see all the wonderful entries out there. I have met some of my best blogging friends :) doing these challenges - its an amazing way to connect with so many wonderful crafters around the world. thanks for doing these challenges Kristina - I know they must take time to put together - and it is VERY much appreciated! :)
