Bonus Video: Paper Star

We had an impromptu origami lesson this afternoon. Thanks to Christy for her awesome demonstration skills, and to Paula for teaching Christy how to make these super cute origami stars in the middle of a stamp meeting yesterday!

(Such is a day at the Stampin' Up! corporate office. Yes, I love where I work. :)

I've seen these stars in glass bowls and jars. Just tons and tons of these little stars. A glass vase filled with the stars in different patterned papers would make a great center piece on a table! Too cute!

When I saw the tutorial, I had a deja vu. I used to do those stars in secondary school... many many years ago (I'm 33) What I like is that we have a peek to the place where the magic is done :)
Thanks for the video.
Greetings, Ilse

My kids saw these stars made by the older "6'ers" at their school & wanted to learn. Thanks! I have a feeling that my house will not have a window sill with out a handful now. LOL.
Thanks also for organizing all the round ups to. The work you put in for us, my dear! Muchly appreciated.

Oh my gosh! Those stars are AWESOME! And appear to be so easy to make. I can't wait to try them and teach them to my card club!

And I agree with the others - thanks for the peak into your FABULOUS job. I wonder if my husband would agree to pack up and move all of us (five kids plus a dog) to Utah! Probably not. :-)

You are my idol.

Sharon
