MACM - Thanks... I needed that

This week's card features a little bit of blender penning (is that a word?). A few people asked about blender pens, and really, this is all I use them for... to color in outlined images. How do you use blender pens? We all want to know.
In other news, I'm going to the One Republic concert! I won the tickets off the radio and I'm super excited! I have go and pick them up today.
How did I win? The DJ played a mash-up and had people call in and tell them who the artists were. Well, there I was, driving to my card club, at a stoplight. Ehhh, why not. Got out my iPhone, googled the song name and presto! Billy Idol and Justine Timberlake.
Then I was the tenth caller! Yeah! I {heart} my iPhone. :)

You are fab Kristina ;o)
Great card! I really look forward to MACM each Monday morning (well afternoon for me) and have become addicted to your website since I discovered it last December and I must say, so have my two young girls, Morgane (9) and Moira (5). They love watching the videos and we all like to find and use new tips.
Thanks for such great fun.

I have learned so much from watching your videos. I am so inspired to make cards this year. Thank you.
Gorgeous card I really love that cute bird stamp
Thanks also for commenting back on where to get the grid paper, one of my online friends has just become a Stampin Up demonstrator in the UK so I will pester her lol

Now I look forward to Mondays!!!
Have a great week!
Congrats on the tickets! How cool! Love the card too!
really cute card! I once saw someone that used the blender pens to make markers for the In-Colors (since the package comes with 6 pens).
thank you for brightening my monday's mornings! :)
Your video was so helpful...I need a blender pen now! Thanks so much. Great card!
Great card! Thanks for the video! Have fun at the concert!
Just wanted to let you know...
I was updating this lens of mine on SU! and I noticed that this YouTube video that I had on it had been pulled. So I searched YouTube for SU! stuff and guess what I found? I've now placed six of your awesome videos on my lens: http://www.squidoo.com/stampinupstamps
Thanks so much! These are wonderful. :)
Also addicted to your Blog & MACM! Love the speed, music, tips, & creativity. Thanks so much!
Thanks for this demonstration. I love the card and the colors you used.
And thanks for sharing all your videos! They are so great!
I am addicted to your blog. I think I have watched every video twice. Yeah, I have a little too much free time. I learn best visually so THANK YOU!
Thanks for the demo. I love my blender pens but never know if I'm using them right.
I have a question. What is the best way to store card stock? How do you store yours? I have thought about storing mine verticly in like those mag. holders to safe on space. My husband thinks it would damage the corners over time. Do you know of a space saving way to store horizonaly?
Thanks for your help!!!
It's so helpful to SEE all the products being used. I use my blender pens just as you do, to pick up color and then color in an image. I also use blender pens for some of the other uses they are marketed for (watercolor pencils, watercolor crayons and pastels). What I learned today was how to use the strips from the Simply Scrappin' packages. I am more of a card person then a scrapbooker so this has been a challenge for me. Thanks for the visual!
Super cute as always!!
Gosh I love your videos! The cards are always fun. The music is great. And I just always like to see how you compose your layout. Thanks for taking the time each week! I heart my iPhone too, but mine has not won me a thing yet!
I really enjoy your MACM videos (and the music!) Just wanted to send my appreciation! Many thanks for the ideas and inspiration.
My daughter and I love Make A Card Monday! Thanks for the rockin music too!!
Long time lurker, first time poster! For the countless videos you make and edit... thank you! I've got tons of inspiration from it. While I can't make as many cards as I'd like because of my current work situation, please be assured the fire is still burning on the inside to create. I get so much fuel here! :-)
Very cute card! I am falling in love with that little birdie! So many cute projects are being done with him!
Wonderful card and video! I received this set at convention last summer and haven't used it once! You've inspired me! Yours is a great layout for any of the stamps in that set. It's also a good card for using up scraps of patterned paper. I don't have that Simply Scrappin' kit but I'll bet anyone could make stips that look like the stickers with coordinating patterned papers.
I appreciate the fact that, although you dropped your demonstratorship, you continue to use SU! products. SU! products are easy for just about everyone to get.
Thank you so much for all the time you put into making your blog!
That is such a cute card!!!
I think we should all drive to Utah and take over a coffee shop or something and have Kristina come and talk to us. We're groupies. I can admit it.
Kristina! Kristina! Kristina!
:O)
We love your videos on my MYSpace groups! we all learn soo much from them. keep them coming. thank you sooooooo much for taking the energy to do these.
Another great card and video!
I have to say that I absolutely love MACM!! It has become my Tuesday lunchtime tradition (your monday is our Monday Night/Tuesday Morning), I sit down with my lunch and watch the card!
I swear my daughter is going to say Make a card monday before she says mumma!
This is so pretty. Those sticker borders really make the card. Gorgeous!
did you win them from parker on the end??? ;)
have fun at the concert! woohoo!
Another great card - thanks for sharing.
CONGRATS on the car - I am going our to buy a new one this week too. Zoom zoom zoom. Enjoy it!
LOVE YOUR BLOG....so fun & informative. I use my blender pens with re-inkers. Just a drop will do. then I pick up my color & use it like a marker, either directly to the rubber or watercoloring....it has amazing results.
Its mact for me, I didnt have a chance to check my email yest. I love your blog and all you do. thanks for all of the inspiration, and showing me that i dont need 40 layers on a card for it to be stunning!!!
you lucky dog! I love one republic and they haven't set a date for Chicago yet!! Their album is awesome - apologize was my ring tone but I went back to damien rice - my other love - seeing james blunt next month ;)
Awesome! I love this card, I'm really wanting to get that stamp set. You can really really make cute, quick cards with it. I always look forward to checking out your blog, all your work is awesomest!!!!!
Great cards - I was recommended to come and visit your blog - its great. How about coming and joining in with my SU challenge blog - the more the merrier !
This is such a cute card! Just when I thought you were finished, you added two more things. I need to work on adding that "one more thing" to my cards.
Loving your videos and I love this card. It provided the perfect inspiration for a baby card I had to make today. Thank you so much.
This is the first time i visit your blog - won't be the last!!! I've watched this card video! How cool is this. I love the card and the song!
Just love it!!!
Greetings from Germany, Bianca (SCS Bianca_73)
Oh my gosh! Watching you make that card was so fun! The stamping made me dizzy tho! That's crazy! I've never done stamping like THAT before!
On a side note, did you meet Parker when you went in to get your tickets? Just curious because he seems like such a NERD! (I'm assuming it was from 101.9 the end)
