January Card Club

011008-bar.jpg

Tonight was my first card club outside of being a Stampin' Up! demonstrator. Even though I resigned as a demonstrator, my club girls wanted to continue. So, we did. :)

This month was all about American Crafts Thickers. Each person took home her own pack at the end of the night. Anyway, these are the projects we made. Supplies are listed at the bottom.

So Cute! I {heart} Thickers! I love how simple these cards are!

Okay, so are you going to tell me your dream????

Kristina says: Dude, I've been waiting to actually talk to you on the phone. :) Let's just say it involved you and Jon coming to visit me, MAC eyeliner, and a lot of, "Why are you here. No, really, why are you here?"

Okay, so call me tomorrow afternoon during naptime. We'll chat. ;)

Heather:

Wish I could be in your club! Cute cards! The thanks one is my fav. Bought some Thickers a few weeks ago (I bought the foam ones) and enjoying the different look. Anyhow -- love the simplicity -- just beautiful.

These are so fun, so fresh! I love them! And, I think it is so SO lovely that they love YOU so much that it didn't matter to them what products you were using--they just wanna continue having fun, creating. With YOU. {{{{{{{Kristina}}}}}}}} That made me so happy to read. And, I want Thickers! Must go shopping! *wink*

These cards are so pretty. I love the letters and I know I'll snatch some up if I ever find a store around here that carries them. I don't blame the girls for not wanting to stop. I wouldn't with your creations either.

I have a question for you. I am getting ready to place my order from the SU catalog, but I cannot decide what to buy. Since I seem to always want one of everything you have I was hoping maybe you could tell us what is on your wish list! Thanks a bunch! Tina

What awesome cards! Too bad I live so far away...teehee! I love your blog. I am trying to figure out if we are related as my last name is Werner too. It is a really rare name around here so it got me thinking if we are or not. I visit your blog every day. One of my new year's resolutions is to post to every blog I visit so here I am! Take care

I have to say that your cards rock!!! I love your clean and 'funky-fresh' style using the Thickers, papers, and SU Felt Fusion Flowers. I'm dying to get my SU new catty order now (the UPS man better come on Monday), since you've inspired me.
Thanks for the inspiration and awesome blog!!!

I just found your blog. Fun, fun, fun. I think one of my favorite papers in the world is that flashy Bazzill Bling. I'll be back when I have time to hang around.
