Happy Thanksgiving Weekend!

Today I've been working on my club projects for the month, but unfortunately I left my camera bag (which had all of my cameras in it) at my brother's house yesterday. I could use my phone to take a pictures, but I'm sure it wouldn't look too good. So, until I have a chance to take a picture of the project (recipe box), here's some things to keep you busy.
First of all, here's a layout I made a couple days ago and didn't have a chance to photograph. I took pictures with my phone for these since it was pretty straight forward and simple. Since it was with a phone (yikes!), you may not be able to read the journaling, so I've typed it out below.
Anyway, this is another page for my scrapbook journal (heavy on the journal). Just a page to get out some thought about Christmas music:
"It usually starts in July--something about that month, I guess. One morning, I wake up & I just have to listen to Christmas music. Ella, Céline, Josh... I have to hear all the holiday songs. This obsession carries on far longer than is healthy, I'm sure. But who cares! That's what earphones are for. Admit it. You listen to it on Halloween, too."
What about you? When do you started listening to holiday music?

In Hawaii we have "leon" day (noel spelled backwards) Radio station KSSK plays Christmas songs all morning on June 25 - the half way mark to Christmas. Then from the day after Thanksgiving until Christmas they play nothing but Christmas songs all morning. Happy Holidays, I just love all your projects!
That's a very nice page layout! I have GOT to get some of those Thickers! I usually don't start listening to Christmas music until Thanksgiving Day. It's usually non-stop Dean Martin in the car. Drives my girls nuts!
Well, I HAVE to listen to a couple of Christmas songs ALL YEAR, cuz my DH likes to sing White Christmas (a la Bing Crosby, no less...) all the time... and I really mean all the time, like almost daily!!! So it sounds like
'Eye-eye-eye'm dreeeeeeaming of a Wheye-eye-eyete Christmas' Well, something like that anyway... and he also likes a couple of the other 'oldies', too, but mostly its White Chrismas....
Anyway, enough!! Thanks for the inspiration you share!!
That's from your phone, seriously??? That's amazing.
A radio station here in town started playing all Christmas music all the time, on Halloween!! I've been listening non-stop since! But I listened to some on my iPod even before that! LOVE Christmas music!! LOL!
I love your page. I might have to try that journaling scrapbook idea. What a fun way to journal.
I love to listen to Christmas music too, but I usually make myself wait until the end of November to start listening for fear of driving my family insane!
I love your scrapbooking journal. I'm thinking I need something like that as well. Not quite as personal as a diary, but lots more personal than a photo album... thank you for the inspiring links today as well. Loved all the projects! You rock, woman!
I actually listen to Christmas music all year long. I have a clock that plays Christmas songs on the hour from 7AM to 10PM. I LOVE it. I start breaking out the other Christmas music sometime around June and increase it monthly. Christmas is my most favorite time of year. Hooray!! I love your page, too. Thanks.
I could listen to it all year round - it is so inspirational and heart warming and makes me feel GOOD!! So why not! Love your blog and thanks for sharing all this cool stuff! Cheers Jane - Sydney Australia.
First of all, I love the fact you did a layout w/o a picture. I am too scared to do that...Maybe in time I will get to it.
I love the layout too! It looks fun and I'm sure it didn't take you much time at all!
As far as the music goes, I am one of those people that have to wait until Thanksgiving is over before I listen to Christmas. I like to take one holiday at a time!
I don't know if you will read this since this post is a few days old -- but I LOVE Christmas. I broke out the music about a week and a half before Thanksgiving. My kids love it and want to heard it all the time. Drives the hubby a little nuts, but he can't resist his 2 beautiful daughters, so he plays it again and again as they dance around the kitchen.
Thanks for the heads up on the 2 peas projects --- so cool!
