Counting
Do you ever feel like all you ever do is count things? That numbers rule too much of your life? 1, 2, 3, 4.Tonight I made a simple journal page for my 8x8 journal album (click small image to see it larger). Nothing special. During the stress of getting things done before the trip to NY this weekend, I get a little overwhelmed. Just reminding myself to step back and just breathe.
Do you need a reminder, too?

This is great idea to remind ourselves to stop and just breathe! life gets hectic and we all need to unwind. Putting that reminder in front of us is a great idea! I also LOVE your handwriting. You are so blessed with artistic talent and I feel fortunate that you share it all with your readers :)
