Wonderful Friend Card

I made this card last night. Hmm... that Soft Sky stamping on Soft Sky card stock doesn't really show up in a picture, does it? Oh, well! Believe me, it's there! :)

Kind of a strange color combination for me, but I think it's okay. Not great, but okay. I think the brightness of the Taken with Teal washes out the Soft Sky. What do you think?

I love it. I think the Taken with Teal is just fine with the Soft Sky, but the purple & blue between don't mediate it well. Maybe try stamping the jewel tones on a warm neutral cardstock, such as Vanilla or River Rock. Even mix in some Teal to tie it in a bit.

But I love the layout. I'm tempted to CASE it a bit.

Your blog rocks and I look forward to reading it everyday. Keep posting!

I think it's a beautiful color combo! All of your cards are so pretty! Love it! :) Your ribbon always looks so perfect. Is there a secret to it? Do you use glue dots to attach the ribbon? Do share! Love that wide ribbon!
