I have a few "homework" assignment over the next few weeks. I have two workshops before the end of June, plus my regular card club. So I'm attempting new techniques, or techniques I don't often go to when I'm making a card.

My Stampin' Pastels have never been used! Can you believe that? I got them in my starter kit when I signed up as a demonstrator, but have never used them. This afternoon, I broke off the shrink wrap and tried a few things, one of which worked out.

The card below uses Groovy Guava card stock and ink--a new Stampin' Up! In Color for 2007. Currently, it's only available to customers. Look for it in the July catalog if you want to buy it. It's such a luscious color... yum! Guava is right!
