Tutorial: Mini Pocket Book

Yesterday at the SLC Regional Training, Carrie Cudney presented a pop culture book she made. This is my take on her album but in a smaller size. Instructions below.

After making the basic shape of the mini book, make tags that fit inside each pocket. :)

I'm so glad you went home straight away and made one of these books. I was also at the SL Regional and when they said your name, I said to my friend,"I subscribe to her blog." WOW! You're famous! Anyway, thanks for always creating such cute cards and projects. I can't wait to make my own Pop Culture book. Keep up the good work.

I am a visual learner. The step by step photos took the quess work out of this simple project. My friend Cristina and I made this yesterday for Mothers day gifts. Instead of notes on the tags we put 4x6 and 2x3 photos on them. It turned out really great! Thanks so much for the simple but thoughtful gift idea.

I have to ask, do you have an extra deep stapler? I tried this (because it's adorable) and my stapler would reach into the middle to secure the inner page. It's, of course, possible that my measurements were off. Can you let me know? Thanks for all your great, great, great work. You've inspired me more than you know. Susanna susanna.boyd@gmail.com
