It's Just Hard
Hard day at work today. Frustrated. Hitting a mental block. Writers get writer's block--designers just get crappy designs and have to keeping trying until they get it right.
First time really "journaling" (as in like a diary) on a scrapbook page. Oddly, I feel better now. Call it my mental pep talk. Whatever.

Supplies - Cardstock, stamping ink, brown lined pattered paper, embossing powder: Stampin' Up!; alpha stamps: Fontwerks; floral patterned paper: MME; brads, foam apostraphe, pen: American Crafts; circle stamp with lines: 7Gypsies.

You are not alone, sorry dont have the pep talk, not coming easy for me right now either. This too shall pass, I always find it helpful to do something totally not related and absolutely not necessary, doesnt always fix the problem but it helps me tackle it with a renewed spirit.
Like the alpha you used, do you know where ya got it?
Thanks, messygypsie. That alpha stamp set if from Fontwerks. I love it so much and recently re-discovered it. :)
This might sound odd to some people, but I love that you don't have a photograph on this page. I think too often scrapping is all about the picture, not the feeling. Nice job on the journaling . . . you've always had a gift for writing . . . I'm glad to see you use it.
And, frustration comes and goes . . . and it's okay. Sometimes it helps me to just put in the Footloose CD and dance . . . work off the frustration.
