Getting My Groove Back

Hi all! I'm still working my way out from under boxes, but had a chance to visit Paper Creations this morning and buy some goodies. :) I just had to try them out when I got home. I was feeling a little off, possible scrapper's block, but I feel like I'm back on track with this layout. It's much more my style.
Just seeing this layout makes me all choked up. My brother truly is the most amazing friend. He's always been there for me, and this photo proves it. I'm only four-years-old in it. In fact, it's my fourth birthday and I just received the big wheel bike I'm riding on in the photo. He walked behind me to make sure I was okay. :)
Supplies - Patterned paper, brads: American Crafts; scalloped cardstock: Bazzill Basics; lighter patterned paper, rub-on: MME Bohemia; navy card stock, black pen, stamps and stamping ink: Stampin' Up!
